Our farmers

We source our lamb products and natural casings from a carefully selected number of small family farmers who, like us, fully believe in quality, animal welfare and raising the animals in the most natural environment possible in harmony with nature with as little external interference as possible.


Our network of suppliers includes local small family farmers and slaughterhouses from, Spain, Italy, Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands and Belgium

Our story is about finding a healthy balance between the needs we have as humans, without having to compromise on the quality of our meat, the condition of the land or the environment we leave behind for the future generation. What we offer to our customers is; natural grass-fed lamb which has been raised with lots of love and care in a stress-free environment by small families of farmers.


Sustainable livestock farming

Sustainability is important to us. Within our company we care deeply about our impact on nature and the origin of our lamb. Our deep reverence and care for the animals and nature is at the core at what we do and the way we do things, in a transparent and accountable way.


By knowing and building up meaningful relations with our halal suppliers; the small local family farmers, slaughterhouses and meat processors we can work together better, to ensure that waste is prevented, and that all is produced in an environmentally, animal friendly and responsible manner.

We fully understand the significance behind the tradition of certified Halal and Tayeb food. Our customers must be able to trust that our meat products meet the highest standards of quality, animal welfare and food safety without compromising our Halal-Tayyib standards and specifications.

Our lambs and sheep are raised outdoors in the open air with a lot of exposure to sunlight and fresh air. The animals grow up in the in the most pure, healthy and ethical way possible on pasture-grasslands without the use of antibiotics, hormones or any other chemicals.

Animal welfare

In a healthy environment of fresh air, lots of daylight and vast meadows the lambs can graze in complete freedom. We offer the animals the time and the most optimal animal-friendly living conditions to grow at a natural pace. Animal welfare at its best. Raised in nature, by nature and in harmony with nature.


By sourcing our animals directly and locally from small family farmers, close to the farmers location, by selecting our slaughter lambs ourselves and by producing in small batches, we are able to monitor the welfare of individual animals in a much better way. Animal welfare also ensures that the animals can be slaughtered in a respectful manner.

Quality and food safety

• Whether it concerns the procurement, traceability, processing, distribution, waste or food safety of our lamb products and natural casings, when it comes to food, everything matters. The HACCP procedures and regulations for the production and distribution of meat are implemented and followed in accordance with both Dutch and European legislation and regulations.

By incorporating sufficient safeguards into our meat supply chain, we ensure that our products are traceable and always meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. We are therefore proud that we can successfully be the connection between our customers and our suppliers.
